     Nobody doubts that the major obstacle for the graduates is to find a job adequate to their university trainings in all fields and especially in the psychological sciences in the Arab countries. Such a situation obliges some specialists to work in fields having no relationship with their trainings and especially for psychology specialists  and in order to  bridge the gaps between the training and the job , we try through this page to make known the institutions which require competence in psychological sciences to the young graduates and to make known the young  specialists‘ demands and  their  specificity  of  training  to the institutions.

    Psychiatry : Required Senior Psychologist in Dubai - UAE

The Position:
 - Provide professional services in the conduct of psychological evaluation, clinical assessment and conflict management.
 - Psychometric experience in an Aviation setting will be beneficial.
 - Administer and interpret psychological test results and write competency-based evaluation reports on selected applicants for appointment, training, or promotion purposes.
 - Provide individual psychometric feedback to candidates and there after, discuss results with the selection panel prior to interview, highlighting competencies to be probed and providing independent professional opinion when needed, aimed at assisting them to reach the right decisions.

Experience & Qualifications:

 - MSc/MA degree in Psychology (Clinical/Aviation) with minimum 5 years
experience in psychological testing.
 - Experience in the Aviation Industry.
 - Must be Levels A and B trained and certified. Licensed by Psychological  Associations & Corporations.
 - Membership  of an International Psychological Organization.
 - Proven competence and expertise in the use of ability and personality measures, including test interpretation and report-writing.
 - Must have undergone theoretical and practical training in counselling process and techniques, including knowledge of personality dynamics and the various counselling theories.
 - Must be able to work in a multicultural environment.
 - Professional knowledge of Gulf culture and the international code of social conduct.
